Strict Architectural Decoupling Rule

Rupokar does not maintain any direct database connection (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) to child SaaS databases. All interactions (health pings, tenant listing, impersonation token issuance, status toggles, and license extensions) flow strictly through authenticated REST endpoints (`/api/v1/internal-admin/*`) using the shared secret header x-platform-admin-key.
