Refund & Free Trial Policy

1. 14-Day Zero-Risk Free Trial

We believe in complete transparency. Every new client on Rupokar begins with an unrestricted 14-day free trial.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Client Portal or by contacting your assigned account manager. Upon cancellation:

• Your tenant remains fully active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• No further auto-renewal charges will be billed to your bKash or payment method.
• You retain access to download your historical sales ledgers, customer receipts, and VAT reports for up to 90 days following expiration.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because of the comprehensive 14-day free trial, recurring monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. However, Rupokar provides full or pro-rated refunds under the following conditions:

• Accidental Duplicate Payment: If a technical issue causes your bKash or SSLCommerz transaction to be charged twice for the same invoice, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original source within 3-5 business days.
• Service Outage Violation: If core platform availability falls below 99.0% in a given calendar month, you are entitled to a full month's credit or refund.
• Annual Plan Cancellation: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, we will refund the remaining 11 months minus the standard single-month rate.

4. Refund Processing Time via bKash / Cards

Approved refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used during checkout:

• bKash / Nagad Wallet: Settled directly back to the sender's mobile wallet within 24 to 72 hours.
• Visa / Mastercard / Bangladeshi Bank Cards: Settled according to standard Bangladesh Bank clearing cycles (typically 5 to 10 working days depending on the issuing bank).
