Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, initiating a trial, or accessing any Rupokar software products (including Rupokar Jewellery, Rupokar Karigar, Rupokar Artisan, Rupokar Utsab, or associated PWA mobile applications), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or commercial entity in Bangladesh, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Multi-Tenant Decoupling & Data Sovereignty

Rupokar operates on a strictly decoupled architecture. Your tenant database is segregated from other clients. We guarantee:

• Zero cross-tenant data leakage or shared database tables.
• Your customer information, sales ledgers, Karigar gold weights, and inventory remain strictly your property.
• We will never sell, analyze for third-party commercial exploitation, or distribute your private business data.

3. Subscription, Billing & Supported Currencies

Subscription plans are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) for domestic accounts or equivalent international currencies (USD $, INR ₹, AED د.إ) via authorized payment gateways (bKash Tokenized Checkout, SSLCommerz, Stripe, and direct bank settlement).

• Free Trial: New clients receive a 14-day zero-risk trial. No credit card is required.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the invoice due date.
• Grace Period: In the event of a failed auto-debit, a 7-day grace period is granted before tenant suspension.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

Rupokar commits to an operational uptime of 99.9% for core transaction processing and inventory tracking. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak commercial hours (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM BST) with at least 48 hours advance notice posted in the client portal.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
